Seasonal Yard Cleanups in Litchfield Park & the West Valley
Quick Answer
Julio's Landscaping performs full spring and fall yard cleanups across the West Valley: debris and storm-damage removal, gravel raking, dead-plant removal, pruning, irrigation checks, and pre-emergent application. Fall is the most important cleanup season, resetting your yard after the monsoon and blocking winter weeds.

Arizona's seasons demand two big resets a year. Spring prepares your landscape for brutal summer heat; fall clears monsoon damage and sets up the cool growing season. A timely cleanup keeps your property pristine and prevents small problems from becoming expensive ones.
What's Included
- Debris, leaf, and monsoon storm-damage removal and hauling
- Gravel raking, leveling, and silt removal
- Dead and frost-damaged plant removal
- Structural and shrub pruning
- Irrigation system check and seasonal schedule adjustment
- Pre-emergent weed-control application for the season ahead
Spring Reset
Between March and April we apply spring pre-emergent before mid-March, test and adjust irrigation for rising temperatures, prune frost damage once new growth appears, and install new plants before the May heat shuts the planting window.
Fall Reset
October–November is the busiest landscape season. We clear monsoon silt and debris, remove plants that did not survive summer, apply fall pre-emergent when soil drops below 75°F, dial irrigation back, and plant — fall has the highest plant-survival rates of the year.
